Ah, well, it still is no replacement for a label though. As a user
with perfect eye-sight I wouldn't want to wait for a tooltip to pop up
to tell me what I am to enter at this field.
So for form controls all of the abovementioned user agents do read out
titles by default, or does the user have to turn that on?
