On March 29th, we're having a Web Accessibility Conference in South
Carolina for state agency web developers. This is the second one
we've had in conjunction with the SC Assistive Technology Expo. We're
looking for a short videos (less than 15 minutes each) that
illustrate problems faced by people when trying to read inaccessible
Web pages. We also know about WebAIM's online videos, "Keeping Web
Accessibility in Mind," and "Experiences of Students with
Disabilities." I've ordered two videos by AccessIT, "Surfing the Web
with a Screen Reader," and "Accessible IT in Education." We have DO
IT videos, but they're too education-oriented for our audience.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

There is the RNIB (Royal National Institute for the Blind) which is
quite short, though may be a little too UK centric for you. However,
it's not too geared to Education, as though it has some students, it
also shows someone trying to do their shopping online.
