Subject: Accessible Date Selector

Hi,

Have any of you come across a good example of a date selector? I mean the
kind where you have an input field that you can just type a date into and
right after that there's a link to open a calendar. When you click a date on
the calendar, the calendar goes away and puts the date into the field.
