Hi Friends,
Can you Help me How to Certify a Web Site for WCAG?
Do we need external Agencies like Web Aim?
Or else we can make the Web site Accessible using WCAG 2.0 and Add the
logos? for example my web site is Accessible @ WCAG 2.0 level AA, Can i use
directly that Accessibility Logo to my Web site.
Any suggestions would be appreciated as Earliest As possible.

To the best of my knowledge you do not need external agencies. If you have
carefully gone over the guidelines and implemented them, you may place an
accessibility logo. However, be advised that it is far from a simple task,
and, in my estimation, requires experience on the part of the development
team to get it right. Hypothetically, advertising your site as being
accessible when it is not can leave you open to legal action. The best
course of action would be to seek the services of an accessibility team or
company which could review you site.

Please bear in mind that using a conformance logo constitutes a
conformance claim, so the logo must be accompanied by the required
components of a conformance claim as listed in WCAG 2.0's conformance
section: <http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20/#conformance-claims>;.

My (completely innocent) question is "why would you want to certify your site?"
As for the logos, they may make you feel good and provide a little publicity for WCAG, but what's the real point of putting them on your site?
