No WCAG techniques anytime soon for Edge; the preview was just released.
It makes sense for the accessibility community to put this product through
the wringer and offer Adobe some useful feedback. Outputting only DIVs is
a problem for me. I have suggested on the discussion board to at least
offer headings as an option for HTML mark-up.

To be clear, there will never be WCAG techniques for Edge - there will be HTML5 techniques. This work is underway, but is the work that will help guide products like Edge to do the right things with regard to their output.
