is there any way for me to browse w3school offline, that is zipped
version of the site or so?

There is no method that I'm aware of. Besides, if you're looking for
good accessibility information, W3Schools is probably the last place
I'd recommend. Also, this question is quite off-topic for a web
accessibility list.
