Ordinarily a user can increase the size of the screen by pressing the control key + scroll mouse up. Other than individual browser settings for increasing the font size/zoom percentage, are there any other keyboard-only methods for zooming a browser screen?

The Control key and the plus, minus and zero buttons (zero returns to 100% zoom).
