Hello:
I have been asked to work with a site that wants to use SpicyNodes,
Prezi, and Piktochart to show org charts and such. Has anyone used these
and or seen successful uses of them that are accessible? the quick
examples I saw were not so I am hoping we can find an answer. Thanks Lucy

Prezi is not - they have addressed or, at least, acknowledged the issue in the past, in discussions but not in terms of remediation, from what I can tell. see the following discussion threads:

* https://getsatisfaction.com/prezi/topics/prezi_needs_to_address_disability_access_its_the_law
* https://getsatisfaction.com/prezi/topics/is_prezi_ada_508_compliant

not sure what it would take for Prezi to be more responsive - maybe some organization or agency to tempt them with a contract (i.e., funds)?

I concur with Gary. At work, I see what types of software people would like
to use. I denied the use of Prezi because they were non-compliant.

In my neck of the woods, this would be a stretch. First they would need to
gain a Sole-Source Justification, and prove the software has something that
meets a business need something else cannot. The only thing that pops into
mind is being able to show on the web and mobile devices. I would argue
that you could do it with straight HTML, while it would take longer, it
could be made compliant in an easier fashion. But if some group really
wanted to pay for it, I'd let them, but require the presentation to be
reviewed by myself or somebody from my team prior to posting.

Lucy- I haven't heard about the other two products to comment. However org
charts are messy to do. I'd most likely tell them to post it as an image
and give it an appropriate alt.

Lucy,
if support weren't so bad there is the aria-flowto property - only works
will with Firefox and Jaws

support bad meaning it only works with Firefox and Jaws. Not other screen
reader or other browsers...at least according to Pearson's testing.
