As discussed, PFB the skill set /JD for the accessibility requirement
at Onsite (USA):
Web application test engineer Experience - 3 to 7 years
1. Developing & Testing for Blind/Low Vision
2. Accessibility Testing Experience for Blind/Low Vision
3. Testing techniques using screen readers, emulators, and test browsers
4. Knowledge on the accessibility testing standard as per Section 508
5. Strong communication skills
