Shawn Lawton Henry has some good resources on her site
(http://www.uiaccess.com/index.html), in particular the PDF from her chapter
in Constructing Accessible Web Sites
(http://www.macromedia.com/macromedia/accessibility/pub/acc_sites_chap01.pdf)
provides some good examples of how accessibility is tied in with usability.

You might try buying the book....
Constructing Accessible Web Sites
www.icdri.org/constructing_accessible_web_site.htm
There is a good deal more to it than one chapter published in PDF format.
Sincerely,
Mike Burks

The document appears to be no longer available on line. Interesting that a
document about accessibility would be published in PDF format...
