We're curious about real-time captioning options for live webcast events. What kinds of solutions are people using for this? I've seen StreamText.net captions used in some webinars and the like-is this the best approach?
Any input is welcome.
Best,
Todd

There are a number of Communication Access Real Time (CART) service vendors. Here at DARS we use Texas Closed Captioning but there are other national and regional vendors available across the US. Best practice is to stream the captioning separately from the chat functionality. Adobe Connect has a separate pod to run the closed captions and Accessible Event has this capability as well.
