Hi,

What type of guidance are folks giving around motion video and
accessibility? Are there any examples of motion video that has been
implemented in an accessible way?

Jennison, I'm stumped.

What do you mean by "motion video"? You mean as opposed to "talking-head video"?

Essentially it's akin to background images except it uses video
instead to provide motion. It's used for esthetics.

Sounds like a potential Pause, Stop, Hide failure if a distracting motion video won't stop moving around?
