Subject: Accessibility Lead job description

I've been tasked with putting together a job description for an
Accessibility Lead for an agency that builds websites. The person would:
- Evangelize web accessibility inside and outside the company
- Ensure company websites and digital media is accessibile
- Work with Development, Design, and Sales and Marketing departments to
produce accessible websites for clients.
- Train staff and clients on accessibility

which is good with some modification.
Anyone have web accessibility job descriptions they could share?

Yeah, in particular, having some experience working with people with disabilities - which doesn't seem to be mentioned - is pretty useful. And not that hard to come by… ;)
Note that from the description this sounds like a pretty big job. It might be helpful to have some sense of the balance between "here is how much time you are expected to be assessing what the other people in the agency do" and "here is how much time you spend teaching them to do it themselves so you can focus on getting the complicated things right"...

I'm surprised that Section 508 of the Rehab Act isn't mentioned, though I'm glad that at least Section 504 was.
