FYI - I thought this would be of interest.
Arlene Mayerson, who led the legal team that secured a historic settlement
in the case of NAD v. Netflix, which ensures 100% closed captioning for
Netflix, will be presenting a free webinar through 3PlayMedia on September
16. Arlene will discuss how she and the NAD brought Netflix under the ADA,
as well as how the ruling impacts the legal landscape of web accessibility
and closed captioning in education and other industries.
