Subject: accessibility of email sent as HTML
No previous message | No next message
I imagine that email sent in HTML format presents similar kinds of
accessibility problems for blind users as HTML web pages might do
(images without text equivalents, etc.).
However, I'm wondering if they present an even bigger challenge. I know
many sighted users who use mail clients that don't handle HTML emails.
But I'm wondering if there are specialised mail clients that blind users
might use, and how well (or poorly) they handle HTML email.
Cheers,
Dey
