Hello Everyone,
Can anyone share what you have done or are doing to provide an accessible front end to ServiceNow? I just attended Knowledge16 to learn more about the product, which my institution is implementing, and learned that while the company knows its product is not accessible, it has not announced a road map for accessibility.
Thanks much,

Hi, Mary.
If I'm remembering right, I think University of Washington contracted with
someone to retrofit ServiceNow to be more accessible at their institution.
I'd check with their Service Management Office to see how they have
addressed these issues.
