Len,
I looked at it briefly for a group at work a year or so ago. At that time,
there were some issues that were significant enough that we denied its use
outside of a named group of people. My group or I sent them a note with our
concerns, since we aren't actively seeking use of it, we didn't follow up
really. They could have made improvements between then and now, but haven't
looked.

Reviewing their VPAT revealed a large number of exceptions that will impact screen reader and keyboard accessibility.
