dear friends,
this is karthik.
Is it necessary to provide link at the bottom of the webpage to go to top?
and how to create main reagon in webpage? and is it required to
mention article beginning and end?

1. There is no need of link at the bottom of the page to move to the top.
There are shortcuts Ctrl+Home to move to top of the page and Ctrl+End to
move to the bottom of the web page. So it makes no sense providing link to
the top of the page. But you need to give skip links at the top of the page
like skip to main content, skip to navigation etc to bypass the blocks of
content on the web page.
2. You can create a main region on the web page by embedding the content in
between <div role="main">....</div> or also you can create using html 5
main element also by embedding the content in between <main>......</main>.
There is nothing wrong if you write <main role="main>....</main>.
