Subject: Not all content tagged when converting from Word or PPT to PDF

For the past few months, I've been noticing that sometimes, not all content
is tagged in a PDF file when I convert it from either Word or PowerPoint. I
don't recall this being an issue before, but it definitely is now. I can
understand why this might happen with a PowerPoint presentation, but not a
Word document.
Has anyone else had this problem? What can be done to fix it?

Hi Dona,
What versions of Adobe and Office do you have and is it Mac or PC?

To add to Lisa's comments:
- how are you making the PDF?
- What do you mean not all content? is it a specific type aka text in a box
with a background.

Hi Dona,
Yes this can happen and Id try to solve this by adding the missing tags by
using Adobe Acrobat DC.
