Wich mobile accessibility standards or guidelines these tools refer
for evaluation.
Can you suggest me any common mobile accessibility standards or
guidelines apart from MWBP?

I tried it. It is good . identifies several common issues. But didn't
understand which standard or guideline it consider? Cause I only found
android accessibility developers checklist and Android accessibility
testing checklist.
