Subject: Accessibility Community Portal

One of our contracts involves the website of a state department of
education with accessibility problems. The analysis, reporting, and
remediation will take some time. To do something constructive right out
of the gate, we'll be fielding an accessibility community portal. In
short, this portal will seek to convert adversaries into allies. We'll
invite stakeholders like teachers and students with accessibility issues
to learn of our plans and to get involved -- from simple feedback to
helping design the user survey form we'll be fielding after remediation.
My question is whether anyone has seen such a portal that we can review
and learn from?
Note that such a portal is not the common disability page that presents
the website manager's view of accessibility and how they've addressed
the subject. It needs to be interactive and seeks to form a community
through involvement. Such a portal is also not for a general
accessibility community, but rather focused on the one website in the
midst of accessibility remediation.

The Microsoft Accessibility forum may provide some of the functionality you are looking for. It is powered by UserVoice.
