Subject: axesPDF QuickFix updated to v1.3, now incorporates PAC 3 plus possible other new functions

Those of you who use axesPDF to assist in remediating PDF files may be
interested to learn that there is a new version of axesPDF available:

I didn't get a notification about this new release (I could have sworn
that I was on their notification list, but I've just resubscribed now).

This version appears to update the built-in PDF Accessibility Checker
(PAC) from the old version 2 to the current version 3.

It also appears to add a "Table" selection mode tool in the View menu
that may help locate tags that correspond to areas you select in the
document view. (A "Tag Selection" mode tool now also appears there, but
I think that is probably just a new name for what used to be the default
and only selection mode available).

And there is an "Add Links to Table of Content" button in the Extras tab
which sounds intriguing, but which I haven't yet figured out.

I can't find any release notes and there is no explanation of any of
these new features on their website yet. But if you use this tool daily
as I do, then you'll definitely want to get the new version and try it
out, if only for the convenience of using the new built-in PAC 3.
