Hi,
As per WCAG 2.1 updates the guideline "2.5.3 Character Shortcut Keys Level
A" is present under 2.5.3 SC. If we click the link it will navigate to the
detailed explanation about the guideline there success criterion is written
as 2.1,4.
Any idea about this?

Hi Kakarla,
I'm not sure where you are seeing that, can you provide a URL?
Character key shortcuts was moved a while ago, but it is correct in the
editors version here:
https://w3c.github.io/wcag21/guidelines/

If you use https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21/#new-features-in-wcag-2-1, you'll
see "2.5.3 Character Key Shortcuts (A)" and it links to SC 2.1.4.
If you use the "Latest editor's draft:" link provided in
https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21, it points to the same url that Alastair
recommended and correctly lists "2.1.4 Character Key Shortcuts (A)".
That can be a bit confusing.
