Hi all,
Apologies for so many questions.
The main region on one of our pages wraps around a question, but the
"Yes" and "No" buttons are outside. They should definitely be inside
this main region.
Does this constitute a WCAG2 fail, and if so under what SC? 1.3.1
(info and relationships) perhaps, or would that be pushing the
boundary a bit?
Thanks again, Isabel

This sounds like a 1.3.1 non-compliance to me. It might also fall under 4.1.1 because there must be some incorrectly nested elements. At the very least there must be a <form> element that is part inside and part outside the main region. There may also be a <fieldset> that's part inside and part outside.

Thanks Steve. Yes, I thought if anything I could argue for 1.3.1.
4.1.1 doesn't apply because our interactive elements aren't
encapsulated within a form ... unless that's a parsing error in
itself, but I don't think so.
