Hello,
I can't find a VPAT or anything for their products, but they are used for
everything...
Has anyone had issues with them before or had successes with them before?
Thanks,
Beth

I have not used Blackbaud Forms, but have used some other products some. We use The Raisers' Edge here, fund-raising management. Parts of it are accessible, and parts aren't. I have tried to take on accessibility lobbying with Blackbaud on and off over 20 years, and while it is a good company in many ways, their awareness of accessibility, and/or interest in improving it are minimal at best.

I can't add much to this conversation except, yup, that's Blackbaud.
I believe, since they've acquired Convio Luminate, they push a lot of folks
that way. You have slightly more flexibility there, and when you don't, you
can use APIs.
