Hello everyone,
I was testing an e-learning platform with Mozilla Firefox version 63.0.1 and NVDA.
When I tried to add a voice comment, there was a dialog box asked for my microphone permission. NVDA doesn't read that dialog box, and I couldn't get there with using a keyboard-only to check the 'allow' check box.
My question is, does this related to the browser or the platform I was testing?
Do you have any experience regarding that?
I'd appreciate your feedback.
Have a great weekend.

There are two possibilities. If this is the native Firefox dialog like the one that asks you about your location you can usually press F6 a few times to move to that dialog and then tab around to the accept button. If the box is something provided by Adobe Flash then it could be a different issue. At one point I think you could access Adobe Flash settings in the control panel of Windows to give certain sites access -- but I'm not familiar with those details.
