Hi all if an apple user changes there apple id to another email will said
user lose his/her content off his/her phone? A friend wants to know.

Not sure on the iPhone, but on a Macintosh if you delete a iCloud account it will prompt you if you want to save reminders and contacts (perhaps notes too) on the local device. Then when a new iCloud it will ask you if the information stored on the local device should be merged with the iCloud account.
