Subject: PDFlib api for image with link

Anyone have experience using the PDFlib API call to create an image with a link? Specifically, can this be used to insert an icon inline that is linked to an external URL, in creating a PDF/UA document?
The API is named
“pdfua/image_ with_link_pdfua1”. Thanks.
