Hello everyone,
"Is Samsung Bixby same as Samsung Voice Assistant? I could see that on
Samsung website Voice Assistant and Talkback got merged as a single
screen reader and called as Voice Access (by Google). Is Voice Access
really a screen reader as Samsung states? I could not hear anything
out of the app after activating it. I got confused with All 3 Bixby,
Voice Assistant and Voice Access.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!"

It really is confusing.
Bixby is definitely not the screen reader.
But the name of the screen reader seems to change frequently.
This article is from July 22 and explains it.
"On most Android devices, the screen reader tool is called TalkBack, and
there are several ways you can enable it. On Samsung devices with software
versions earlier than One UI 3.1, TalkBack is occasionally labeled as
âVoice Assistant.â Despite having different names, Samsung says TalkBack
and Voice Assistant
