I'm not sure I understand the article you reference Michael.
It starts by making the reasonable claim that "Neural Waves" could be used
for biometric identification. So far, so good. But then, without offering a
shred more argument or evidence, it suddenly leaps to the conclusion that
Neural Wave Analysis also has "the potential to shatter virtually all
disability barriers" by "acting as the hand". How so?
I'm a little suspicious too, after reading the statement "Due to the lost of
blood, the physical or biological characteristic (the head) would be useless
if stolen." Is this meant to be serious?

It's a bit hard to take the article seriously, too, considering the dozens
of mis-spellings, typographical errors, and grammatical mistakes.
