Subject: Accessible Chat Rooms

Hi Everyone
I was just wondering if anyone had come accross an accessible chat Room or had created an accessible chat room.
I am after something that is accessible using Jaws Screen Reader or the Windows Eyes Screen Reader and is easy to use.
