Looking for elaborative notes on WCAG2.1 for beginners. I would be glad if
it is a Word file. Can someone help me out in getting this material.

Here is a series of resources for beginners learning WCAG:

* Accessibility Principles https://www.w3.org/WAI/fundamentals/accessibility-principles/
Those pages link to more details on specific aspects of WCAG 2.1.
There is also this Digital Accessibility Foundations - Free Online Course - that provides an introduction to web accessibility and WCAG:
