Subject: making online professional training courses accessible to the blind

Dear all,
Does anyone have any suggestions or experience with trying to create
and develop any sort of accessible online training courses. My company
wants me to make a training course on how to use our unstoppable plug
in with the Atlassian tools of Jira and Confluence. I would be
grateful for any suggestions.
