Does anyone have an recommendations for a vendor who has a website chat that is accessible? Thanks.

I would suggest checking out Ocelot (https://www.ocelotbot.com/). They offer a live chat tool as well as a chatbot. It's not perfect, but we have found it to be decent with respect to accessibility functionality.

I've worked with LivePerson in the past and they did good
accessibility (this is a few years ago so I can't vouch for anything
more recent).
