Hello Listers,
For years I have endured barriers including blockers while accessing
pay stubs, FSA or retirement data on
www.paychexonline.com.
Paychex is completely unresponsive and have a "could not care less" attitude.
I am wanting to escalate the matter and request any users of out there
(vision impaired or keyboard-only users accessing or others
experiencing challenges) above Paychex website to please reach out to
me.
I am Virginia based.
