Hello WebAim,

I wish to thank the last respondent for their message urging a
business view to this issue of keyboard access as it relates to social
media sites like Minds.com.
I did not save the communications with the representative so to avoid
any wild fires or such. I voiced the issue and responded in courtesy.

It's difficult to switch mindsets from a meager service landscape as a
person with a disability to approaching that same landscape and asking
for consideration albeit keyboard accessibility or where to find
support for general computer issues.
I realize a business approach is part of the solution to sell
companies on developing accessibility.
Most folks want a little education into this rather than a fully
developed multiple page manual on how to make things accessible. I
think his remark also speaks to the issue of a minority will ask for
change, as I was the first in 10,000 responses or so to broach this
issue. I think among the tangibly disabled, there is a strong reaction
that says accept the world as it is, no change is coming. Just my
opinion. Thanks.
