If you don't know much about accessibility, you should probably read up on
that - others in this list would be best to point you in the right direction
for resources.

You should then run a report page through an accessibility checker to see
how close/far from accessibility the reports are (bad English, I'll get
gooder with practice). Understanding accessibility terms will help you
understand the results of the accessibility reports.

In my limited experience with what we do at work, the report part of the
document is embedded into a template (ie, a common header, navbar and
footer). Ensure that the template is accessible also.
