Sorry, but I suggest that they all are practical and achievable.
I recently developed a set of templates for a major multinational,
and the design brief was to meet WAI AA and as much of AAA as
possible. They were taken aback when I got it to full AAA with
minimal change to the superficial appearance.
Unfortunately, the complexities of their CMS and admin systems mean
that it won't go live till next year, but I understand that they
were getting an RNIB audit. You may have done it by now.
I did the same for their intranet too.
