Subject: Mandated accessibility standards for Central/South America?

We have several Web sites that service our customers in Central and South America...are there any government-mandated accessibility standards in any of the countries in Central and South American?

in Chile we still don't have any laws regarding web accessibility. So
far we have Government recommendations that mention accessibility,
nothing mandatory:
