"Back to top" links also disturb any user who navigates within a page
using the tab key or an equivalent method for moving to the next link.
In fact, although I don't usually use the tab key that way, I sometimes
notice that my browser does not react to clicking on a link, for some
reason, so I use the tab key and the enter key to follow a link - and then
I surely hope there are no redundant links on my way.
