There has been a lot of discussion about the Target web accessibility law suit, but I thought some people might want to get a better understanding of the extent of the accessibility problems of the Target web site. Here is a report generated with the Functional Web Accessibility Evaluator (FAE) on the top 32 pages of the website:

Jon, how can you have 32 pages to depth 3 - when there are 213 links on the
