Subject: Captioning for apps
No previous message | No next message

Greetings,

I work in the Access Coordination office for visitors with disabilities at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. The Museum is beginning to create apps for exhibitions, and my office, of course, wants to push for accessibility, such as captioning for all apps we create.

I need to know exactly what the legal obligations are for captioning apps, but also info like best practice guidance if there is any, and even what others are doing ("how far they are taking it").

Thank you for your guidance,

Christena
