Does anyone know of a way in Adobe Acrobat Professional X to export the accessibility test result file, including the hints for repair. I am probably missing something really simple.

Mike,

The test-results (such as they are), consist of an HTML file placed in the folder of your choice. See the top of the "Accessibility Full Check" dialog.
