Does anyone know of an accessible php-editor for windows?

What are your needs? Do you need simple syntax highlighting, or more
robust? Robust would be knowing php and being able to auto-complete
standard/built in functions. Some even can tie into user defined
functions.

Personally I use EdSharp, which is a programming editor designed by Jamal
Mazrui specifically for blind developers. It includes a PHP compiler, along
with compilers for many other languages as well. This is how I wrote the
backend for WhatSock.com using PHP.
