Subject: JAWS not reading alt text in MS word

Hi list,



If I'm not wrong, JAWS does not read alt text in MS word.



Is there any way to make it radable?

Subhash,
If alternate information is provided for images in Microsoft Word, JAWS
should read the same. However, you may want to switch to quick navigation
mode. To learn more about quick navigation mode, visit
http://www.freedomscientific.com/Training/training-quick-keys-word.asp

Once you turn on quick navigation mode, "G" should read information for
images.
