We have a potential client who'd like their site to be compliant with
both WAI and 508 guidelines. I'm not too familiar with 508 ... is this
request feasible? Does anyone know if there are clashes with
interpretations?
I'd like to be able to say "yes, that's fine" or "no, better to go for
one only depending on your target audience."
All suggestions very welcome!!
Thanks
Steve

Jim Thatcher did a nice side-by-side 508 and WAI comparison here:

Optavia also produced a document comparing the two. If memory
serves correctly, it does differ slightly on some points from Jim's
comparison. (Please note it's in PDF format.)
