Subject: Is Samsung's color adjustment setting actually useful for colour-blind people?

A quick question to colour-blind people or experts who have tested with colour-blind people:

Has anyone found 'colour adjustment' in Samsung's Android skin TouchWiz (under settings > device > accessibility) useful?

This setting is meant to improve legibility of content in some foreground/background colour combinations and offers an interface where the user is requested to arrange an array of 14 colours by proximity. I found this rather obscure and just wonder whether this is a feature that actually has benefits for some users.

Best,
Detlev
