WebAIM list (along with other bccs):

Thought some of you might want to be aware of this Javascript
accessibility tool list either/or to contribute your own Git work to it
and/or to help improve the ones that are cited if you see problems with
them.

I've long thought that a Git repo. that linked a lot of the
accessibility Git repo. resources together would be valuable, though as
always, there are issues of claims/quality. Testing is believing.

But this looks like a useful beginning to a "one-stop shop" type of
approach.

Best,

Jennifer

Thanks for the list Jennifer. Heaps of things to try out now!

I'll have to send a Pull Request to add the tiny chrome extension I wrote last week. It is a wrapper for the Chrome Accessibility Dev Tool scripts. It runs the audit constantly as you are using the page, instead of just once on page load. Helps when testing dialogs or content that appears after page load.

I built it during a hack day competition last week, so it's still quite rough around the edges. It's called "Accessibility monitor" and should be available on the Chrome Web Store.

Cheers,

Sean

Thanks, I've added a pull request at
https://github.com/prettydiff/a11y-tools/pull/7
"Includes provably accessible widget archives powered by jQuery, MooTools, and Dojo, plus Visual ARIA for testing and understanding ARIA usage on public sites, plus the Accessibility Tree Training Guide written in collaboration with the W3C ARIA Working Group (formally known as the PFWG)."

Hopefully others will find these helpful.

All the best,
Bryan
