Hi,

Is there some documentation somewhere that lists current PDF tags and possibly their semantics, purpose, or uses?

Thanks,
Tim

Hi Tim,
I had a bookmark to such a thing before I changed computers and forgot to back up my bookmarks. There was a big PDF on the Adobe site that had tags listed in a big table and what they were and notes on how to use them.

Thanks.

Jim

Hi Tim,

At present, PDF's structure elements (commonly known as tags) are defined in ISO 32000-1 (PDF 1.7) in clause 14.8. Under special arrangement with ISO, this document is freely available from Adobe Systems' website:
