There isn't one that is recognized as a CPA or other Microsoft certifications. However, WebAIM hhas classes for certifications I think. You may also want to check out a CPACC. Learn more about it at this address.

Hello,

I also would look at IAAP which has a certification exam that is more formal then other orgs. Dequeue System University also has a certification.
